Job Summary
Technical Sales Manager role responsible for generating a regional sales pipeline, delivering technical presentations, and demonstrating the value of Diversey’s water solutions and water-treatment products. Requires on-site collaboration with customers for dispenser installation, commissioning, maintenance, and water-treatment analysis; manages sales contracts, orders, stock, and new business within a designated customer portfolio; conducts system analysis, interprets data, and provides written recommendations to optimize customer operations; travels to client sites and supports swimming pool and industrial water-treatment applications while leveraging engineering knowledge to translate customer needs into profitable solutions. Ideal candidate has engineering background (chemical, industrial, or mechanical), demonstrated sales/leadership capabilities, strong English communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, ability to work independently after training, and a customer-centric mindset.
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc. Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical) OR Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline plus Working knowledge of swimming pool, cooling towers, steam boiler, chilled water, Reverse Osmosis and wastewater treatment systems is mandatory.
- Demonstrated sales/people skills and/or aptitude.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
- Demonstrated computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
