Job Summary
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share for AOI/SPI/X-ray solutions within the Malaysian E&E sector. Manage relationships with key decision-makers at Tier 1 EMS providers, OEMs, and semiconductor players by conducting technical presentations and demonstrations that translate complex inspection capabilities into tangible ROI. Monitor Industry 4.0 trends and competitor landscapes to provide actionable feedback for regional growth. Requires a strong background in capital equipment sales within SMT or PCBA assembly environments, an established network in the Malaysian electronics manufacturing industry, and fluency in English with preferred Mandarin proficiency. This role supports our client's expansion in the thriving Malaysian electronics sector, leveraging their state-of-the-art optical inspection equipment portfolio to drive quality and efficiency for smart manufacturing lines.
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in capital equipment sales, specifically within SMT or PCBA assembly environments
- Familiarity with inspection technology (AOI/SPI)
- A proven track record and an existing network of contacts within the Malaysian electronics manufacturing industry
- Fluent in English
- A proactive hunter mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, technical environment
