Technical Sales Manager, Precision Grinding

Technical Sales Manager, Precision Grinding, responsible for generating pipeline, hunting new Industrial customers, and creating partnerships and sales opportunities in a regional/global role with frequent traveling. Collaborates with stakeholders and Mirka organizations to ensure market requirements are understood and execution plans align with Mirka’s goals. Uses consultative selling to support customers through the sales process, maintains CRM records, shares knowhow, and represents the company at trade fairs and industry events. Requires commercial/sales understanding in the industrial field, a relevant technical background for complex applications, independence, and excellent English communication with internal teams such as Application Engineers, R&D, and Production.
