Job Summary
Technical Sales Manager for OHP operates in greenhouse, nursery, and CEA markets with responsibilities spanning market development, distributor relations, end-user engagement, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing and Technical teams. Drives demand, market penetration, and program execution across a multi-state territory (PNW/Oregon and SW region including TX/OK/Louisiana/NM). Requires 5+ years in ag/commercial spray product sales (insecticides, herbicides, fungicides, PGRs, biologicals), a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, strong leadership and communication, travel overnight, and a clean driving record. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience marketing and selling insecticides, herbicides, fungicides, PGRs, and biologicals to ornamental, greenhouse, nursery, and CEA markets
- Strong sales ability and negotiation skills
- An entrepreneurial, agile, creative mindset that thrives in entrepreneurial and high-growth commercial environments
- Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills
