Job Summary
Technical Sales Manager for Parse Biosciences' single cell RNA sequencing products. Responsible for achieving sales objectives across academic, biotech, and pharmaceutical accounts; develop and manage high-volume and large complex sales; build and execute a sales strategy with Field Application Scientists; generate pipelines to meet quotas; negotiate and close deals while minimizing discounting; communicate technical advantages to customers; manage territory including NY, CT, VT, ME, RI, NH with ~50% travel; requires a biology/genomics degree and at least 1 year of field sales experience; remote/home-office based with defined territory; base salary with uncapped commission and additional benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors in biology/genomics or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of field sales experience in NGS/genomics-related products or services
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
- A home office within the territory outlined above
