Technical Sales Manager

Job Summary
Execute regional technical sales strategy by coaching installers in priority markets and auditing installation practices to correct mistakes. Target local installation companies to identify growth opportunities, then partner with sales reps to connect contractors with qualified crews and remove adoption barriers. Manage installer relationships through performance assessments, training, and quarterly business reviews while maintaining accurate builder and job site specifications. Act as the subject matter expert on all technical installation practices and product offerings. Conduct joint action planning with Exteriors Sales Reps to drive consistent communication and funnel execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of sales experience in a high-touch sales environment with a high level of organization, discipline, and self-structure
- 3-5 years of building science/construction experience and building envelope design
- 1+ years of experience working with a Customer Relationship Management system (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Ability to travel 30 - 40 % of the time
- Valid driver's license

- Certified Professional Constructor (CPC)
- Certified Associate, Constructor (CAC)
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
- OSHA Safety Training
- TDEC - EPSC Level 1 Certification
- 5+ years of sales experience
- 5 years of building science/construction experience and building envelope design
