Job Summary
Technical Sales Manager responsible for developing new OEM accounts and managing existing customer relationships in electronics, medical, and industrial markets. Drive new business development with OEM customers, manage and grow key accounts, prepare pricing, coordinate technical requirements, and support customer projects. Partner with global engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to deliver PCB solutions and identify new market opportunities while contributing to overall sales strategy. Represent the company in customer meetings, presentations, and industry events, leveraging strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to drive long-term, high-value customer relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience
- Experience selling PCBs, EMS, components, or OEM manufacturing solutions strongly preferred
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
