Technical Sales Manager

Technical Sales Manager, International TacCIS, responsible for promoting and selling TacCIS products and services internationally. Must translate technical features into business value and close high-value deals. Responsibilities include collaborating with end users, customers, and partners to capture technical requirements, delivering technical presentations, demos, and proofs of concept, supporting proposals and pricing models, cross-functional collaboration with product management and engineering, acting as an escalation point post-sale, and gathering market intelligence to inform product and business strategy. Requires a deep grasp of defense technologies (AI/ML, cybersecurity, networking, cloud), strong solution-selling and negotiation skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to travel internationally. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline plus 10+ years in B2B technical sales or solutions engineering are required. Security requirements include Canadian government security clearance and compliance with the Canadian Controlled Goods program. The role is full-time and based in Canada (Calgary, AB) with hybrid remote work options and a compensation range of $130,000–$165,000, plus an incentive plan and comprehensive benefits.
