Technical Sales Manager - Drilling Products

Job Summary
Execute the sales and marketing plan for CETCO's Drilling Products by growing the distribution network, expanding direct sales to large contractors, and managing a pipeline of opportunities. Provide on-site technical support to contractors, distributors, and project owners while educating engineering firms on product specifications for bids. Represent the company at local and national conferences, seminars, and regulatory events to increase brand awareness. Independently plan territory travel within budget, develop and manage sales strategy to meet monthly and annual targets, and document all customer interactions in the CRM system. Actively participate in sustainable improvement processes like 5S and Kaizen.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in the Sciences, Business or Marketing or industry relevant experience
- Experience in selling to distribution networks
- Strong presentation, public speaking and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM programs
- Self-motivated
- Flexible
- Ability to work within a team environment
- A proven track record of experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Drilling industry experience
- Fluency in English
- Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish
- 40-60% travel
- Moderate lifting for up to 25kg
- Regular travel
- Regular multi-night travel
- Occasional weekend and/or evening work
- Completion of New Employee Training
- Completion of further training if job duty/task changes affect health and safety
Desired Qualifications
