Job Summary
Develop technical system solutions for dosing technology by designing, costing systems during the quotation phase, and providing in-depth advice on applications and integration into existing customer processes. Manage customer projects reliably while building and maintaining international networks through on-site visits, trade fairs, and specialist conferences. Collaborate closely with in-house sales, application engineering, and service teams to deliver technical solutions, requiring business-fluent English and proficiency in ERP, CRM, and AutoCAD systems. Travel within the EU and to non-EU countries for sales meetings and technical discussions.
Required Qualifications
- State-certified technician qualification
- Degree in mechanical engineering
- Degree in electrical engineering
- Degree in mechatronics
- Degree in process engineering
- Proficiency in standard MS Office applications
- Working with ERP systems
- Working with CRM systems
- Business-fluent English
- Customer-focused approach
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible way of working
- 2 to 4 years' professional experience in international project management
- Open to the possibility of a longer-term assignment at one of our sera subsidiaries, for example in the UK, Austria, Switzerland or Germany
- Travel within the EU and to non-EU countries for sales meetings and technical discussions
