Job Summary
Conduct technical sales for industrial water treatment chemicals to boiler and cooling tower customers in the Indianapolis and Central Indiana territory. Maintain the existing book of business across Healthcare, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, and Wastewater sectors while executing cold calls to develop new accounts. Run chemical tests to analyze water, document results, and interact with mechanical equipment including pumps, piping, and valves. Program electronic cooling tower controllers and provide on-site technical support alongside veteran salespeople. Requires a four-year technical degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering with at least three years of technical sales experience. Unlimited no-cap commission potential with a first-year salary range of $90,000 to $120,000 plus a $675 monthly car allowance.
Required Qualifications

- a minimum of 3 years technical sales related to water treatment chemicals
- Selling to a variety of industrial customers
- CWT
- Knowledge of the Central Indiana industrial marketplace
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced degrees
- Military equivalent, such as Navy Nuclear Propulsion, or Army CBRN School
- Selling to a variety of industrial customers is preferred
- CWT is preferred
- Knowledge of the Central Indiana industrial marketplace is preferred
- Military and mechanical backgrounds
