Job Summary
Provide in-office product support, equipment selections, quoting, submittal review/approval and other project management related tasks for Healthcare and Cleanroom applications. Travel within North America. Train customers in technical centers or across our distribution network. Answer emails and phone calls regarding technical assistance on products and building layouts. Assist in development of marketing literature and sales tools. Assist in development of marketing and software tools. Assist the R&D department with new product development.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in the HVAC industry
- A College diploma or University Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Understanding of HVAC, mechanical systems and the healthcare industry
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational skills, with an eye for detail
- Process-driven mindset, self-driven with the ability to take initiative
- Aptitude and desire for customer service excellence
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
