Job Summary
Sales engineer for technical nonwovens and engineered materials responsible for independently managing assigned sales territories and customer accounts, developing and executing strategies to grow revenue and market share, identifying new business opportunities in technical nonwovens, apparel, and consumer goods markets, and providing technical guidance and application support to customers. Collaborates with R&D, manufacturing, operations, quality, and customer service to drive product development, cross-functional initiatives, and successful project execution. Strong emphasis on customer relationship management, presentation and negotiation skills, and ability to travel as needed to support growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or technical education in Textile Engineering, Materials Science, Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field preferred.
- Experience within technical textiles, nonwovens, engineered materials, or industrial manufacturing environments preferred.
- Prior experience in technical sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing engineering roles preferred.
