Technical Sales Engineer

Job Summary
Support the Project Sales team in preparing ironmongery specifications and project schedules, with close coordination with architects, developers, and contractors. Attend site meetings and conduct inspections at construction sites as required. Handle customer enquiries by providing accurate and professional technical advice. Stay updated on the latest hardware and security technologies and apply relevant knowledge in project support. Provide onsite technical support, including both mechanical and electro-mechanical solutions. Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or above in Engineering or construction or VTC certificate in related disciplines
- 1–3 years of experience in digital locks or building materials industry; experience in ironmongery is an advantage
- Ability to read and interpret floor plans and specifications; knowledge of door hardware systems is preferred
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Candidates available for immediate start will have an advantage
