Job Summary
Provide first-class technical support for partners and customers in Eastern and Southern Europe by troubleshooting and resolving issues with Loxone products and solutions. Test and validate solutions in collaboration with the technical team while supporting partners with training and guidance on Loxone systems. Document issues and contribute to continuous improvement to ensure partners get the best from the technology. This on-site role in Prague or České Budějovice requires excellent English for daily communication and a strong technical background.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent English (daily communication with partners)
- Willingness to work from our Prague or České Budějovice office (on-site role)
- Quick learner with structured thinking and strong attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Strong enthusiasm for technical problems and how to solve them
- Genuine interest in technology and smart home/building automation
- Technical background or education (electronics, IT, automation) is a plus
- Experience in technical support or customer service is a advantage
