Job Summary
Technical Sales Coordinator at Xylem focuses on coordinating and following up all phases of pump orders from initial selection to final shipping. Responsibilities include assisting contractors and customers with equipment selection, preparing bids and quotations, following project activities, submitting technical documents and drawings, processing sales and rental orders, initiating customer contact, researching new projects, and supporting sales targets and budgets. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) with 1-2 years of relevant technical sales experience, strong electrical and mechanical background, and solid communication and organizational skills. The role emphasizescustomer focus, effective communication, prioritization, and teamwork within a global water solutions context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar technical sales position
- Strong electrical & mechanical background
- Proficiency in computer literacy
- Excellent time management and verbal communication skills
- Multi-tasking and organizational abilities
- Self-motivated
