Job Summary

Technical Sales Rep responsible for driving product sales in the designated territory through strong technical expertise in client services, training, and solution design. Role involves leveraging technical knowledge for customer support, instruction, and product implementation while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver impactful results. Responsibilities include advocating for product specifications at architectural and engineering firms and DOTs, delivering technically accurate presentations and lunch-and-learns, guiding product selection and compliance requirements, monitoring construction trends and competitor activity, tracking sales activity via CRM, and coordinating with Marketing, Inventory Planning, and R&D to support campaigns and ensure products are specified in key projects from planning to execution. Requires maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, aligning new product launches with customer needs, and occasionally traveling; MVR report will be run as part of the process. Education and experience typically BS/BA with 5–8 years or MS/MA with 3–5 years; certification is required in some areas. The posting notes nationwide remote work within the United States and travel requirements (overnight travel >50%).
