Technical Reporting Specialist

Job Summary
Technical Reporting Specialist responsible for technical writing, documentation, and report management using SSRS, Power BI, and SPLUNK for a distributed MECM/Intune/Jamf managed desktop environment. Duties include creating and maintaining Power BI dashboards, fulfilling ad-hoc reporting requests, processing end-user and change requests for software deployments and security updates, and developing/maintaining policy and procedure documentation. The role requires collaboration across teams, mentoring junior staff, and presenting reporting to senior leadership. Must demonstrate proficiency with an enterprise ticketing system, adhere to cybersecurity practices, and contribute to ongoing process improvements. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems (or related field) or 3-5 years IT experience (or a related Bachelor’s in English/Communications/Graphic Design with IT experience). Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac, MECM/Intune administration, and experience in large distributed environments; experience with Power BI, SSRS, SPLUNK, and report delivery to management is highly preferred. Required Qualifications
- Current CBP Background Investigation -or- US Citizenship with ability to obtain a Federal Public Trust clearance (REQUIRED).
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems (or related field) OR 3-5 years of relevant IT experience OR Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or Graphic Design WITH 1-3 years relevant IT experience
- Certifications in A+, Security+, BeyondTrust, Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator, or MECM related are a plus.
