Technical Recruiting Specialist

Job Summary
Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical, professional, and hard-to-fill positions by sourcing passive and active candidates, conducting screenings and interviews, and coordinating the selection process. Partner with divisional HR teams and hiring managers to develop talent profiles, align hiring plans with business needs, and manage candidate workflows within the Applicant Tracking System. Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations while facilitating efficient interview processes and onboarding coordination. Manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong analytical skills and the ability to build consultative relationships at all organizational levels.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of previous work experience in a recruiting or talent acquisition role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail
- Ability to recruit and evaluate candidates for technical, specialized, and leadership-level positions
- Strong business partnership and consultative relationship-building skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and build credibility at all organizational levels
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and talent market trends
- Ability to effectively lead and coach others
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds

- Equivalent training and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree
- Experience recruiting for technical, professional, leadership, or hard-to-fill positions
- Experience supporting recruiting efforts within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, IT, operations, or corporate environments
- Experience utilizing sourcing platforms and recruiting technologies such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and HRIS platforms
