Technical Recruiting Sourcer

Job Summary
Source technical candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms to build and maintain pipelines of qualified tech talent. Conduct initial outreach and engage candidates, then screen them to qualify before passing to recruiters. Partner closely with recruiters to support active searches while tracking activity and maintaining accurate candidate data. Continuously improve sourcing strategies and outreach methods. This role requires 1+ year of experience in recruiting, sourcing, sales, or a related field, with strong research skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Work 4 days in office and 1 day remote. Ryde specializes in placing top technical talent across IT and engineering roles in Federal and Commercial spaces.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in recruiting, sourcing, sales, or a related field
- Strong research and candidate identification skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- 4 days in office, 1 day remote
