Job Summary
Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling and manage complex calendars across candidates, interviewers, and engineering leadership. Champion a white-glove candidate experience from initial contact through final hire while maintaining exceptional attention to detail across scheduling systems and recruiting tools. Track scheduling timelines and SLAs to surface trends and risks, proactively solving challenges to keep hiring momentum high. Build trust through clear communication with candidates, interviewers, and cross-functional partners including People/HR, EA, Workplace, and Finance. Streamline workflows and leverage AI to improve operational efficiency and candidate experience at scale.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-performing environment
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving problems proactively
- Dependable, resourceful, and known for following through on commitments
- Excited to build a career in engineering recruiting
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Ashby or another applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Experience coordinating recruiting or supporting engineering or technical teams
- Experience working at a high-growth startup
- Experience using AI tools to streamline workflows or improve operational efficiency
