Technical Recruiting Coordinator

Own the end-to-end candidate experience from first touch to final decision, ensuring every interaction feels seamless, human, and high-touch. Coordinate and schedule interviews across complex calendars, time zones, and competing priorities while serving as a trusted partner to recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers. Operate independently in ambiguity by spotting gaps, making judgment calls, and creating structure where none exists, then identify and drive projects to scale recruiting processes. Manage logistics, administrative tasks, and ad-hoc recruiting support with accuracy and urgency, continuously raising the bar on both external and internal stakeholder experiences. This role requires 2–4 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a fast-paced environment and proficiency with various ATSs, including Ashby.
