Job Summary
Own full-cycle recruiting for tech roles across the US by running sharp intake sessions and holding hiring managers to a clear process. Build and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles in infrastructure, machine learning, and platform engineering while managing candidate pipelines, stakeholder updates, and closing conversations. Keep momentum moving even when priorities shift. This role is based in the Los Angeles office with an onsite, five-days-a-week schedule. Base salary ranges from $89,000 to $120,000 per year, with potential equity awards and performance-based bonuses.
