Own full-cycle recruiting for tech roles across the US by running sharp intake sessions and holding hiring managers to a clear process. Build and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions in infrastructure, machine learning, and platform engineering. Manage candidate pipelines, deliver stakeholder updates, and close conversations while keeping momentum during shifting priorities. This role requires world-class pitching skills and resilience in a fast-paced environment. Based in the Los Angeles office, the position supports Atoms' mission to deploy physical AI robots into real-world industries like food, mining, and transport.
