Job Summary
Own the entire recruitment process for technical positions, from sourcing through offer presentation. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify top-tier candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing. Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit, while building strong relationships to ensure a positive candidate experience. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical talent needs, provide strategic recruitment guidance, and execute comprehensive strategies tailored to specific roles. Maintain up-to-date records in our ATS, provide regular reports to leadership, and collaborate with the recruitment team to share best practices. Work onsite three days a week in the Waltham, MA office.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience managing requisitions across multiple technical disciplines (e.g., Technology, Engineering, Product, Data)
- Proven ability to proactively partner with hiring managers to drive the recruitment process
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (we use Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social recruiting platforms
- Proven ability to manage multiple, simultaneous recruitment projects effectively
- Experience utilizing job boards, target company sourcing, and other sourcing mechanisms to identify candidates
- Knowledge of common human resources practices, employment laws, and/or government compliance regulations that affect recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Proficiency with Google Apps and Microsoft Suite
- Ability to work onsite 3 days a week in our Waltham, MA office
