Job Summary
The Technical Recruiter will proactively source, engage, and secure top technical talent across engineering, architecture, planning, and construction management disciplines. This role requires strong hiring manager partnerships and the ability to deliver timely hiring outcomes. Key responsibilities include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building a strong pipeline of candidates, leveraging recruiting metrics, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of three years' experience in full-cycle recruiting, and expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, along with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of three (3) years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Proven expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems; Workday Recruiting experience preferred
- Strategic mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for hiring outcomes
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction (A/E/C) industry
