Drive a best-in-class candidate experience, define what great looks like for technical hires, and raise the bar on how Via recruits engineers and product builders to fuel global growth. Compose sourcing plans, shape the technical leadership pipeline, and execute fast, thoughtful recruiting processes aligned with Via’s engineering culture and ambitious roadmap.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience
- strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
- ability to source and close software engineers across seniority spectrum
- excellent communication and collaboration with engineering and product leaders
