Job Summary
Full-cycle recruiting for high-volume and professional-level roles across Sales, Customer Support, G&A, and select technical positions; operates with increasing independence and accountability while partnering with Senior Talent Acquisition leadership on more complex searches. Maintains hiring velocity, candidate experience, and process consistency in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This onsite role in Pleasanton, CA focuses on intake meetings with hiring managers, sourcing plans, candidate screening, presenting qualified candidates, interview coordination, offers and negotiation support, travel coordination when applicable, and ongoing compliance and process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3–4 years of recruiting experience, including high-volume and professional-level roles
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
