Job Summary
Technical Recruiter role supporting full-cycle recruiting for aerospace/space tech, with emphasis on software engineering talent (full-stack, front-end, back-end, embedded software, DevOps, autonomy, simulation, flight software, GNC). Partners with technical leaders, manages pipelines, maintains ATS data and SLAs, and represents the company at career events. Hybrid onsite role based in Centennial, CO with travel to other locations as needed. Requires 2–5 years of technical recruiting experience, strong communication, independent task management, and proficiency with MS Office. Travel occasionally, onsite 4 days/week in Centennial, CO.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of recruiting experience, with meaningful exposure to full-cycle or high-volume technical hiring
- Demonstrated experience sourcing and screening software engineering talent across job families such as full-stack, front-end, back-end, embedded software, DevOps, autonomy, or simulation
- Ability to manage multiple open roles concurrently while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
- Comfortable working independently on defined tasks while proactively communicating priorities, blockers, and status updates
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to represent ideas clearly in both candidate-facing and internal contexts
- Organized and dependable, with a bias for action in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Receptive to feedback and coaching; brings solution ideas when identifying gaps or process challenges
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

- U.S. Government space technology export regulations (ITAR) requires either U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent resident, protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
