Job Summary
Conduct full-cycle recruiting for senior-level roles in Logistics, Supply Chain, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering, managing high-volume pipelines from sourcing to offer conversion. Drive hiring strategy by collaborating with Mission Readiness and Technical Publications leaders to define needs, influence process improvements, and build talent maps that generate market insights. Execute prospecting techniques including web-scraping, Boolean strings, and SOBO campaigns to engage passive candidates while representing the company brand internally and externally. Represent Anduril's value proposition to cross-functional partners to impact hiring practices and ensure diverse talent entry. This 6-month contract in Costa Mesa, CA, offers conversion to full-time based on performance and business need.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years experience as a high-volume full-cycle recruiter evaluating and hiring top tier talent
- Experience working with senior level leaders and stakeholders, reporting on progress, creating and advising on hiring/talent strategies
- Experience recruiting at an agency and fast-paced startup, hiring exempt roles for Logistics, Supply Chain, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Ability to be onsite/hybrid at Costa Mesa office
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working at an agency or fast-paced startup environment
- Knowledge of ITAR policies around hiring practices
- Experience acting in a consultative manner where your guidance has led to improved outcomes and positive candidate experiences
- Clear and effective communication with candidates to understand motivation, drivers, and fit within the organization
- Experience managing various high-volume pipelines of candidates and keeping track of their progress throughout the recruitment process
- Highly autonomous, collaborative, and adaptable
