Job Summary
Oversee full-cycle recruitment including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening and interviewing candidates, and guiding them through the hiring process. Facilitate the offer process by extending offers and negotiating employment terms while managing the candidate database via our ATS. Grow the client base by actively reaching out to potential clients and conducting sales meetings. This boutique recruitment and HR consulting firm supports clients across all departments, ranging from start-ups to enterprise, with a big focus in tech.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ year of experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Experience working in a recruitment agency
- Ability to meet deadlines and produce results in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with the various recruitment tools
- Understanding of technical and non-technical requirements
- Superior interpersonal and written communication skills
- Great attention to detail
