Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience as a Technical Recruiter for a staffing agency
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruiting targets and KPIs
- Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and hiring processes
- Experience utilizing an ATS, CRM, LinkedIn
