Job Summary
First Technical Recruiter at Buena (Germany), reporting to Head of People. Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans to identify and hire entrepreneurial full-stack talent; collaborate with Founders and Extended Leadership to map long-term talent acquisition strategies; partner with hiring managers to understand needs, required skills, and team fit; enhance recruiting processes, create targeted outreach campaigns, build connections with industry leaders, and grow Buena’s employer brand within technical builder communities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12 months of engineer recruiting experience in a fast-paced early-stage environment
- Ability to own recruiting full-cycle: source, engage, screen, and close candidates end-to-end
- Strong technical aptitude to understand and evaluate technical qualifications
- Tech-forward mindset and willingness to leverage modern recruiting tools and AI to increase impact
