Job Summary
SpaceX seeks a Technical Recruiter to run a full-desk recruiting function focused on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for mission-critical positions. You will partner with client groups, source and screen candidates, discuss feedback with hiring teams, provide candidate tours, coordinate the interview and offer processes, and manage the candidate experience. The role requires full life-cycle recruiting, high-volume sourcing, experience with technical roles (including electrical, mechanical, and aerospace engineers), the ability to partner with directors and VPs, and comfort with ITAR requirements. Onsite full-time in Starbase, TX with potential for extended hours as needed; collaboration in fast-paced, autonomous, team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 2+ years of experience; or 3+ years of professional experience as a recruiter in lieu of a degree
