Job Summary

Technical Recruiter responsible for recruiting top talent, developing recruiting strategies, evaluating candidate strengths/weaknesses, building and developing a candidate pipeline, maintaining relationships with technical professionals, preparing candidates for interviews, and negotiating compensation packages. Role involves both in-office and remote collaboration within a dispersed team, with four days in the office and one day remote.

Required Qualifications

  • College degree
  • Sourcing, interviewing/screening and candidate management experience
  • Experience with high-volume, full life-cycle recruiting in professional services
  • Ability to manage multiple high priority searches simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience utilizing creative resources and techniques to source candidates
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
