Job Summary
As the first technical recruiter at Resolve AI, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruiting for various technical roles including engineering, AI Research, Infrastructure, Backend, Full stack, Frontend, and Security. You will partner with founders and hiring managers to understand business needs and build strategic sourcing campaigns to attract top-tier candidates. Ideal candidates should have over 7 years of experience in technical recruiting, strong communication skills, and a resourceful approach to deliver results. You will also define recruiting processes, improve the candidate experience, and contribute to the employer brand.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- Experience in high-growth startup environments
- Ability to quickly understand what makes someone excellent at building scalable systems
- Genuine belief in the mission to transform production operations using AI
