Job Summary
Technical Recruiter at Reducto responsible for owning full-cycle recruiting for engineering, ML, and infrastructure roles. Partner with engineering leaders to define hiring needs, build scalable processes, and drive the candidate journey from sourcing to close. Focus on sourcing passive talent, creating effective interview loops, and using data to optimize funnel metrics and hiring pace. Requires 4+ years of targeted recruiting experience with at least 2 years in technical recruiting, in a fast-growth, in-person SF-based environment with strong emphasis on candidate experience and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on technical roles (software engineering, ML, or infrastructure)
