Job Summary
Full-cycle technical and management consulting recruitment for federal contracting roles, partnering with hiring managers and program leadership to understand role requirements, skill needs, and hiring timelines. The team sources, screens, and coordinates interviews for technical and management consulting positions, develops compliant job descriptions, maintains accurate documentation and pipelines in JazzHR, and supports salary discussions and offers while ensuring adherence to applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Six (6) + years of experience recruiting for technical and management consultant roles
- Experience recruiting in a federal consulting or government contracting environment
- Demonstrated experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or federal healthcare consulting programs
- Demonstrated hands-on experience using the JazzHR applicant tracking system
- Strong experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes within an ATS
- Ability to assess both technical competencies (IT, data, engineering, health informatics) and consulting skill sets (client-facing experience, analytical skills, communication)
- Excellent stakeholder partnership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously across funded hiring needs
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Advanced sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
- Familiarity with a clearance-adjacent or public trust-adjacent role
