Job Summary
Technical Recruiter to source, assess, and onboard engineering talent across EU and LATAM; partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies, create regionally compliant job descriptions, proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other regional platforms, manage candidate pipelines and ATS reporting, conduct structured and competency-based interviews, coordinate offers and onboarding with People & Culture, and continuously improve recruitment processes while staying current on regional hiring trends in Poland, the EU, and LATAM. Familiarity with nearshore or distributed delivery hiring, regional employment models (B2B, contractor, permanent), and experience hiring across multiple countries/time zones highly valued.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles
- Experience recruiting in EU markets
- Strong experience hiring engineers, developers, architects, and other IT specialists
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and pipeline management
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong understanding of regional technical labour markets and hiring practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills (Proficient English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese a strong plus)
- Ability to manage recruiting data, metrics, and reports
- Technical knowledge sufficient to evaluate candidate profiles and conduct meaningful technical conversations
- Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer
