Job Summary
Hands-on Technical Recruiter to scale engineering teams. Own end-to-end hiring for engineering roles across multiple locations, with daily hands-on sourcing, active outreach, and screening to build and manage a large pipeline. Screen for technical and behavioral fit, maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, and leverage market intelligence to refine sourcing strategy and hiring decisions. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in technical recruitment, strong sourcing capabilities (LinkedIn, advanced search), experience with high-volume initial screening for engineering roles, and fluency in English. ATS experience (Greenhouse preferred) and a detail-oriented, self-starting mindset are valued. Salary range EUR 48,000 - 65,000, plus benefits and international exposure.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment
- Demonstrated experience hiring engineering profiles with active sourcing exposure across the EU and/or UK markets
- Strong sourcing capability including daily use of LinkedIn and modern tools
- Experience conducting high-volume initial screening calls for engineering roles
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Experience with modern ATS tools (Greenhouse preferred)
- Detail-oriented self-starter with excellent follow-through
- Driven to grow through hands-on practice, feedback, and continuous learning
