Job Summary

Partner directly with engineering leaders to understand teams, develop hiring strategies, and own searches across product, infrastructure, AI, and mobile roles. Build a consistent pipeline through talent mapping, direct sourcing, referrals, and long-term relationship development. Identify engineers with strong technical foundations, product judgment, and evidence of significant ownership. Conduct in-depth assessments covering technical fluency, ownership, and alignment with Linear's working environment. Maintain momentum via transparent communication and fast feedback loops. Use funnel data and candidate feedback to improve sourcing strategies and pre-work trial calibration. Maintain accurate data in Ashby to ensure hiring partners have clear visibility into pipeline health. Contribute to the small Talent team while remaining adaptable to support evolving company priorities.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
