Job Summary
Communicate with hiring managers to identify future job openings and technical requirements, then write job descriptions and post them on relevant systems like Breezy HR. Screen applicants for competency, arrange interviews, perform background checks, and present suitable resumes to hiring managers. Offer job positions, complete paperwork, and keep applicants informed on the application process while tracking all candidates. Maintain proficiency with company systems and software. Requires three years of recruiting experience, a bachelor's degree, and strong technical knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related technical and/or human resources field
- At least three years of related recruiting experience
- Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles and technical skills
- Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
