Job Summary
Own end-to-end IT recruiting lifecycle for the NYC market, partnering with the IT Staffing Business Development Executive and Account Executives to translate client requirements into recruiting strategies, and deliver candidates who match on skills, culture, rate, and timeline. Source proactively for high-demand IT skills (cloud, security, data center, networking, DevOps, application development, data/AI, end user computing); conduct thorough technical and behavioral screenings; manage interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support; build talent pools and pipelines; calibrate with Sales and Delivery on rate expectations and time-to-fill targets; provide regular updates to leadership and maintain ATS/CRM hygiene; stay current on NYC IT talent market trends and support targeted campaigns and recruiting events. Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills are essential, with willingness to work from the NYC office 3 days per week.
