Job Summary
Conduct IT recruitment for roles including Software Engineers, QA, Data, Infrastructure, Cloud, and SAP positions. Manage multiple hiring assignments in a fast-paced environment while utilizing job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels for sourcing. Leverage strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills to help candidates find the right career opportunities. Collaborate within the team to manage responsibilities while maintaining a proactive mindset and customer service orientation.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in IT Recruitment (in-house or agency)
- Experience recruiting for various IT positions such as Software Engineers, QA, Data, Infrastructure, Cloud, SAP, or related technology roles
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Good networking and sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring assignments
