Technical Recruiter responsible for sourcing and recruiting IT talent in the Canadian market; develop recruitment strategies using job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals; maintain a pipeline for current and future openings; conduct initial screenings, coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers, administer technical assessments and coding tests, and perform reference checks; provide market insights and hiring best practices; 4-8 years IT recruitment experience; eligibility to work remotely from Toronto with total schedule flexibility and uncapped commission.
