Job Summary
Conduct extensive hands-on training as a Recruiter Trainee under an Onboarding Coach to master recruiting fundamentals. Once certified, serve as the primary point of contact for IT consultants throughout the full recruiting cycle, providing career coaching on market trends, labor rates, resume creation, and interviewing techniques. Develop sourcing strategies using in-house AI tools to identify top talent and leverage data-driven insights to make hiring decisions. Negotiate unique compensation packages and advise account managers on skill availability, labor rates, and onboarding timelines. Demonstrate specialized knowledge in aligned skill, industry, or role specializations while maintaining high ethical standards in a commission-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Military experience
- Associates Degree and at least 3 years of full-time professional experience
- 4 years of full-time professional experience in a customer facing role
- Enthusiasm to network and build strong relationships with others while maintaining high ethical standards
- The preference and ability to work in a team environment and the ability to relate openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people
- A desire for a career in a commission driven, performance-based environment where it is necessary to quickly and consistently identify and pursue beneficial new opportunities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- An eagerness to learn
- Enthusiasm to experiment to find best possible solutions
