Job Summary
Build strong partnerships with hardware engineering hiring managers to understand team dynamics and business priorities. Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies to source exceptional talent, guiding candidates through the full process from initial outreach to offer acceptance. Become a subject matter expert in hardware technical recruiting while partnering with senior leaders to define and identify top talent. Create creative strategies to engage passive candidates using industry expertise and market insights, and advocate for an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. Serve as a trusted advisor to interview teams within Manufacturing Engineering, developing ideas to strengthen the recruiting funnel and improve processes. Work onsite five days per week at Long Beach headquarters to support interviews and hiring discussions.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience within fast-scaling, high-growth organizations
- Proven track record of sourcing passive talent and successfully filling early- to mid-career roles
- Demonstrated experience partnering with hiring managers to develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies
- Experience negotiating offers and using creative closing strategies to secure top talent
- Experience improving recruiting processes to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness
- Onsite requirement: This is a fully onsite role based at our Long Beach headquarters. You can expect to work onsite five days per week to support interviews, team meetings, and hiring manager discussions
