Job Summary
Technical Recruiter (onsite) in downtown Houston. Learn the craft from veteran recruiters, partner with local and remote teammates to support talent searches, identify talented individuals for job openings, create and maintain job ads, conduct initial phone/video screens, coordinate meetings/interviews, promote events via phone, email, and social platforms, and build relationships with university personnel to identify top alumni talent. The role emphasizes relationship-building, proactive outreach, candidate screening, resume review, and driving recruiting initiatives to attract high-caliber talent.
