Job Summary
Technical Recruiter at Flatiron Health responsible for leading the company’s US tech recruiting, partnering with leaders and hiring managers across Machine Learning, Software Engineering, and other technical teams. You will strategize talent pipelines for multiple complex searches, directly source candidates through research and outreach, manage candidate relationships from application through closing, extend offers and negotiate on behalf of candidates, collaborate with peers to share best practices, and support hiring for non-technical roles and other markets. The role is hybrid with a defined work location that includes work-from-home days and 3 office days set by the team.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience helping organizations hire technical talent
- In-depth knowledge of the US technical talent market
- Experience closing complex offers
- Experience working as part of an in-house/internal recruitment team
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Clear and persuasive written and verbal communicator
- Experience influencing stakeholders and hiring managers at all levels
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare or life sciences recruiting
- Experience with Greenhouse and Workday
- Agency recruiting experience
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Expertise in recruiting for Machine Learning and Software Engineering roles
- Proven track record of closing complex offers
- Experience with employer branding or outreach campaigns
- Experience supporting early career programs
- Hybrid/remote work experience in US markets
- Knowledge of US technical talent market and compensation trends
