Job Summary
Conduct recruitment for public sector calls for tenders and intervention requests, ensuring profile alignment for ministries and government agencies. Manage the full recruitment process from posting to candidate placement while continuously improving system efficiency. Share best practices in posting, communication, headhunting, and interviewing with team recruiters, and train them on specialized IT profiles. Meticulously prepare application files for compliance and optimize candidate databases using MS 365 and Click Up. Provide high-end customer service to candidates and perform related tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- More than 4 years of experience in recruitment: complete process
- More than 3 years of experience in specialized IT recruitment
- More than 1 year of experience in recruitment in response to calls for tender and requests for intervention for the public sector (ministries, recruitment agencies, etc.)
- Mastery of MS 365
- Excellent knowledge of different profiles in information technology (IT)
- Good understanding of how calls for tenders work with government institutions
- Know the platform: Click Up
